Solid.
Haha, oh angry me. I try to act knowing that anything I put out there is pretty much public and that kind of accountability makes more careful with what I do but I still worry that I’ll mess up someday. Here’s hoping I can always take the high road.
I love Vimeo and Dan.
Ninja!
I’d like to introduce you to our new puppy! We rescued her yesterday from Spot! Los Angeles after meeting her on Sunday at a sidewalk adoption event on Larchmont. We didn’t go there to adopt a puppy—or even look at them—but when we saw her we had to hold her, and after that we just couldn’t pass her up. I could not stop thinking about her all Sunday after filling out the application. We’d considered getting a dog for quite awhile, but I honestly never expected we’d have one right now. She’s exactly what we wanted, though, and we just knew we needed to get her and make it work.
Cameron grew up with a great dog and a few of our friends have dogs, but she’s my first dog. She is still getting used to her new home, 14 weeks old and a terrier mix. She weighs just 8.5 pounds right now, but she might get up to about 15 (maybe a little bit more).
She wants you to know that she doesn’t care for her new orange collar, but she loves her krinkle toy, the sun and back rubs.
Oh my gosh, congrats. What a doll.
doing the majority of my morning routine without any clothing…
why?
because i can:)
no two other roommates that might walk in at any unsuspecting moment.
i walked naked in my room maybe 4 times last semester, now i can do it whenever i want.
win.
Here’s to many naked days to come; nothing like having your own room.
We ended up with a full snowday
and though for the interiors this means almost an entire day off (with some studying), the architects are still working on shit.
I hate these opposite schedules so much.
I can barely keep my eyes open. Bed.
My throat is still very sore, so I know that’s going to be terrible in the morning.
Raptor eats cheerleader - I couldn’t help but be excited about this.
hahahaha
Snow icecream.
If you don’t know, basically a bug bowl of snow with milk and sugar added in (kind of obscene amount of sugar… best to mix it in some milk first) ‘til it gets all clumpy. Vanilla too (or in this case, chocolate). Then once you mix it enough it’ll start to melt down and you dish it out.
Delicious.
I have daydreams about future apartments
that are totally obtainable. They have furniture in them that I already own, and paint that I have in my closet.
They’re just all mine (or actually usually mine and a chill roommate that happens to have an interesting and coexisting aesthetic).
My house would look great. I tried with this one…
Ugggh.
I really like this history of interior design class, I just really DON’T like studying and memorization. Hoping for another snow day tomorrow.
I don’t even know how Natalie. I don’t even know.
On Saturday Andy and I ate at Yolk, a place we heard about from 190 North. This place is pretty amazing. It was packed, but we only had to wait about 30 minutes. I had the “South of the Boarder Benny” (pictured). It is two poached eggs on top of spicy chorizo and english muffins, all covered with hollandaise sauce. This was delicious. The typical side of potatoes was also pretty tasty and the fruit was actually fresh! Not expensive either. I think my dish was 8 bucks.
i go to the yolk on wells too often on my lunch break. the quality/price ratio is so good though!
I’ve been there, and loved the food. I can’t eat large portions of anything, and I don’t think I finished, so I’m sure it’s enough for a normal person.
I really like young-man-Stalin’s hair. Too bad he became the man who was behind over 40,000,000 deaths.
His face.

Jesus Christ Superstar! He’s hot <3
I don’t think he’s good looking at ALL. Also, the quote at the top.
Sick/Work
Although school is closed (yay), I have to have a stable internet connection for my exam today, so I’m going to have to trek up the hill anyhow. Plus we have a History midterm tomorrow (a subject which I’m notoriously terrible in) and our renderings are due on Thursday (except we’re pinning up in class tomorrow… one class before they’re due? Wtf are you thinking Ann).
