My photomerge isn’t working.

Anyone know how to fix it?

Edit: I do all the steps right: File > Automate > Photomerge > choose files and have an auto layout with blend images together. I push Okay. And it comes up with the first picture I picked and then another new document that says Untitled_Panorama1 and it’s the blank screen with grey and white checkerboard. :(

Um, perhaps try not to use auto.  Sometimes it can’t find how they merge.  Try doing the cylindrical, or where you line up the pictures yourself.
